We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead a local service hub within an established and growing health and social care organisation.

You’ll combine your leadership and CQC knowledge with your commercial awareness to ensure the service delivers excellent outcomes for the people we support while continuing to grow and develop.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the service.
You’ll lead your team, maintain high standards of care and compliance, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the service consistently delivers against its operational and commercial objectives.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing people and finding ways to make a positive difference.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service.
- Lead, motivate and develop the care team.
- Create a positive, supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Conduct regular 1-to-1s, appraisals and team meetings.
- Ensure the service operates in line with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Quality & Compliance
- Act as Registered Manager in line with CQC requirements.
- Maintain consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care.
- Ensure the service remains inspection-ready.
- Complete audits, risk assessments and statutory notifications.
- Oversee safeguarding, health & safety and data protection requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, commissioners and external agencies.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage demand and resolve issues.
- Act as a key point of contact for complaints and escalations.
- Develop positive relationships with service users and their families.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Oversee service budgets, income and expenditure.
- Monitor financial and operational performance against agreed targets.
- Ensure accurate payroll and financial reporting.
- Monitor pay and charge rates.
- Identify opportunities to develop and grow the service.
Training & Development
- Ensure staff are appropriately trained, competent and compliant.
- Support ongoing learning, development and career progression.
- Maintain high standards of staff competency and compliance.
About You
We’re looking for a confident and proactive care leader who can balance quality, compliance, people and commercial performance.
You’ll ideally have:
- Current experience as a Registered Manager within health or social care.
- A Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management for Adult Care, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and relevant legislation.
- Proven experience managing care teams and service operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs and service performance.
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
