Responsibilities
- Perform various beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures
- Provide personalised skincare advice tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their appointments
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and products used
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Promote additional services and retail products to clients where appropriate
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist
- Proficiency in skincare treatments and hair removal
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Spanish - advantage
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours, maintaining a professional appearance at all times
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are desirable but not essential for internship roles
