Customer Service & Buying Assistant – Full Time
Cash Converters Falkirk
37.5 hours per week | 5 days over Monday–Saturday
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable person to join our team at Cash Converters Falkirk.
This is a busy, varied customer-facing role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask, think on their feet and remain positive in a fast-paced environment.

The role
You’ll be part of a busy retail team, providing excellent customer service while dealing with a wide variety of products and customers.
You'll need to be able to prioritise tasks, solve problems, communicate confidently and adapt quickly when things change.
Previous retail or customer service experience would be beneficial, but we're more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: 5 days over Monday–Saturday
