Mint Offices is a specialist commercial property brokerage helping businesses find their perfect office space across Central London. We work with hundreds of premium office providers throughout London helping businesses secure serviced, managed and flexible office space. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company from the beginning and build a long-term career within one of London's most dynamic industries.
The Opportunity
This isn't simply a sales role. You'll become a trusted adviser to businesses looking for new office space, speaking with business owners and directors, understanding their requirements and sourcing the perfect office solution. As Mint Offices grows there will be excellent opportunities for career progression into senior consultant and management positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with businesses enquiring about office space in London.
- Understand client requirements.
- Build relationships with business owners.
- Advise on suitable office options.
- Liaise with office providers.
- Arrange viewings.
- Negotiate between clients and providers.
- Manage your sales pipeline.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Candidate Profile
- Confident on the telephone
- Professional, polite and articulate
- Consultative approach
- Hard-working and self-motivated
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ambitious and career-focused
- Comfortable working towards targets
- Team player
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, estate agency, lettings, hospitality, customer service or account management is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
What We Offer
- £30,000 basic salary
