Pay: £16.06 per hour during induction and mandatory training
Rises to: £16.46 per hour upon successful completion of mandatory training and competency assessments.
Overtime is £18.28 per hour.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and motivated Senior Carer to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example and making a genuine difference to the lives of older people.
About the Role
As a Senior Carer you will:
- Lead and support the care team during your shift.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate care documentation.
- Liaise with families and healthcare professionals.
- Support, mentor and encourage colleagues.
- Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for every resident.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working in residential care.
- Experience in a senior care role is desirable.
- Medication administration experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A caring, reliable and professional approach.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
