Summary
Age UK Tameside offers affordable Footcare Services to older people from 2 Clinics based within our Centre in Ashton-under-Lyne.
We are looking for someone to join our team for 24 hours a week working every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday providing nail trimming, massage and foot soak treatments.
You will need to hold a recognised nail technician qualification, have experience of working in a busy salon or treatment setting, a working knowledge of health and hygiene practices, handling customer information and taking payments.
Responsibilities
To record client appointments and maintain a confidential client file.
To attend staff team meetings.
To cut toenails, file, shape, massage and soak feet
To follow footcare health and hygiene procedures.
To follow treatment clinic health and hygiene procedures.
To maintain stock and order new stock.
To handle cash and card payments following the payment procedures.
- Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£12.80 per hour
