At Starling Homecare, we’re building something special.
We are a family-run, independently owned domiciliary care agency bringing good old-fashioned family values back into homecare. Founded by a husband and wife team who previously founded and led an award-winning homecare service in Hertfordshire for over a decade, we know what great care looks like and how to build a team that delivers it.
This is a rare opportunity to join us as we continue to build Hertfordshire’s most trusted and sought-after homecare agency.
We welcome applications from experienced Registered Care Managers, as well as those stepping into the role for the first time. Whether you are already leading a service or are a confident Deputy Manager, Senior Supervisor or Senior Coordinator looking to grow, we would love to hear from you. A strong background in domiciliary care is essential, including hands-on experience across core business functions such as care coordination, assessments, writing care plans, compliance, staff management and quality assurance.
Applicants will need to complete the CQC Registered Manager application process. While support may be available, this role is best suited to someone confident, proactive, and ready to take the lead in a growing service.
