We’re a small group of independent venues based in Maldon and Heybridge, including The Anchor, The Muddy Duck, and Hemlocks Lounge. We pride ourselves on our close-knit team, great working relationships, and welcoming atmosphere.
We’re looking for a confident, chatty individual with some bar experience to join our team. Mixology or cocktail experience is a bonus, but a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn is just as important.
What we’re looking for:
- Bar experience (cocktails/mixology preferred but not essential)
- A friendly, confident, and approachable personality
- Reliable, committed, and a good team player
- Willing to work across all 3 venues
- Must be 18+
- Must be able to drive
Shifts are typically
11am-5pm
2pm - 8pm
4pm-11:30pm
