Front of House Team Member - Hale Country Club & Spa, Altrincham

We're looking for an enthusiastic and personable Front of House Team Member to deliver exceptional food and beverage service across our restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace, creating memorable experiences for every member and guest.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality. You'll be part of a close-knit team, providing warm, attentive service while ensuring every visit reflects the high standards of Hale Country Club & Spa.
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across the restaurant, bar and terrace.
- Welcome members and guests, creating a warm and professional first impression.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and reset tables, ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standards.
- Respond confidently to guest requests and resolve queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Recommend menu items and promotions, helping to maximise guest satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the club to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
- A positive, friendly and approachable attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy service environment.
- A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, private members' club or premium hospitality environment is preferred.
- Experience in food and beverage service is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
