Hours: 16 hours per week (Wednesday & Thursday) with additional cover shifts available
Pay: £13.00 per hour (Enhanced rate of £14.00 per hour for last-minute cover shifts)

What You’ll Do
As a Community Safety Officer, you will:
- Be a visible, trusted presence within the local community
- Build relationships with residents and local stakeholders to tackle anti-social behaviour and safety concerns
- Respond to incidents when required and liaise with police or other partners
- Gather community intelligence and provide reassurance to members of the public
- Support the community through engagement, empathy, and problem-solving
About You
- A confident communicator with a genuine interest in public service
- Reliable, proactive, and professional in your conduct
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Calm under pressure and committed to keeping communities safe
- Flexible and willing to assist with additional cover shifts when required
Requirements
- Valid SIA Frontline Licence
- First Aid Certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a security-related role (preferred)
Desirable
- Full UK Driving License
- First Aid Certification
