Hours
The role of Senior Administrator:
- Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring schedules are efficiently organised and prioritised
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and delivering a high standard of service
- Handling inbox management, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required
- Maintaining and updating internal systems, ensuring all records and project information are accurate and up to date
- Preparing and distributing reports to support business operations
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide clear and professional updates
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider team as required
The ideal Senior Administrator:
- Proven experience in a Senior Administrator or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
- Experience managing diaries and coordinating schedules
- Confident communicator, able to engage professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Comfortable using digital systems, maintaining accurate records, and using Excel
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
