At Rompa, we are the market leader in Snoezelen sensory equipment and solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a hardworking production operative to join our friendly operations team on a full time basis.
What will you be doing……
· Assembling soft play items to the highest standard and within the lead times dictated by the production schedule.
· Ensuring all wrapping and packing is carried out to the highest standard and within the lead times dictated by the production schedule.
· Ensuring daily worksheets and quality sheets are completed accurately.
· Using basic hand tools such as drills, glue guns and staple guns.
· Carrying out any maintenance to keep machinery/tools in good working order.
· Ad hoc delivery of customer products
What are we looking for……
· Experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
· Ability to use basic hand tools.
· Ability to interpret designs and engineering drawing.
· Excellent attention to detail and strives for high quality levels in all areas of work.
· Holds a clean UK driving licence to support local customer deliveries.
