Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and promptness
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and promote repeat business
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender or in a hospitality role within a restaurant or bar setting is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable
- Strong serving skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during shifts
- Proven ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers

Pay: £10.85-£14.00 per hour
