Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment.
- Support catering operations during special events or busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive working environment.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with barista duties or coffee preparation is an advantage.
- A background in hospitality or catering will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain compliance with health regulations.
