Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with new clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and experience in B2B sales. The successful applicant will play a vital part in expanding our market presence through proactive engagement and strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including email ,telemarketing and cold calling
- Manage and nurture relationships with newly onboarded clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop customised sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals successfully
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and fulfilment of contractual obligations
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry sector
- Excellent communication with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- A professional attitude coupled with resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £25,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
