This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a collaborative, governance-led environment while gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects.
What you’ll do:

Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations and budget updates for a variety of construction and maintenance projects.
-

-
Assist with contract administration, payment recommendations and final accounts.
-
Maintain accurate commercial records, cost forecasts and reporting information.
-
Support commercial governance and ensure compliance with contractual, statutory and internal requirements.
-
Monitor commercial risks, maintain risk registers and contribute to mitigation strategies.
-
Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
-
Attend project sites to undertake measurements, verify completed works and engage with delivery teams.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance commercial performance and value for money.
What you bring:
-
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
-
Experience supporting quantity surveying or commercial management within property, facilities management, construction or infrastructure.
-
Knowledge of cost planning, measurements, valuations and commercial reporting.
-
Exposure to NEC3 or NEC4 contracts (or a willingness to develop your expertise).
-
Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
