Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Staffline is recruiting on behalf of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive for a Handyperson to join the NIHE Direct maintenance team, carrying out a range of general maintenance and grounds maintenance duties across COT properties.
Handyperson - £13.69/hr

Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance

Power washing
-
Flagging and paving repairs
-
Small concrete repairs
-
Fencing repairs and installation

Painting and general decorating
-
Gutter cleaning and maintenance
-
Clearing drains
-
Carrying out general handyman and property maintenance duties
-
Working safely and efficiently across residential properties

Previous experience in a general handyman or property maintenance role

Experience carrying out a range of maintenance tasks

Good practical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full valid driving licence

Good awareness of health & safety practices
-
Experience working in occupied domestic properties

Good standard of workmanship

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work safely and responsibly
