Lee Hire Ltd are a family run, award winning and well established vehicle recovery company, covering the South East of England.
Due to our continued growth and new contracts, we have immediate openings for Rescue and Recovery Operatives working out of our depots in Brighton, Burgess Hill and Guildford. We have DAY and NIGHT shifts available. Working on a 4 on 2 off rota, weekend working will be required.
We would welcome applications from people with the below licenses.
- HGV 1 or 2 with a current CPC card.
Requirements and Duties
Mechanical knowledge of car and light commercial vehicles is essential, previous recovery experience preferred but not essential as full training can be given. This will include a nationally recognised recovery qualification (IVR Modules 1,2 & 3.)
A courteous, professional and empathetic manner is imperative; we need our customers to feel safe and completely at ease knowing that we will provide the solution to their problem.
You will be assisting members of the motoring public across the county either attempting to repair their broken down vehicle or providing recovery to their chosen destination or back to our workshop.
Unfortunately applicants with IN10 / DR10 and more than 6 penalty points will not be considered.
Overtime / Extra shifts are available as well as an excellent commission structure
