We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our vibrant childcare team. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s developmental milestones across all areas of learning.
- Supervise and support children during daily routines such as playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities.
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment that promotes positive behavior and social skills among children.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a cohesive team approach to childcare and education.
- Maintain detailed records of children’s progress, attendance, and developmental observations in line with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress, needs, and any concerns.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding policies within the setting.
- Manage daily operational tasks including resource management, activity setup, and ensuring compliance with all childcare regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Demonstrated management or leadership skills within a childcare environment.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Experience working with diverse groups of children to support inclusive learning environments.
- Valid childcare qualification at Level 3 or equivalent qualification recognized in early years education.
- Ability to drive is desirable for roles involving transportation or outreach activities related to childcare services.

Pay: £19,000.00-£42,955.92 per year
