As our portfolio of corporate partners continues to grow, we are creating a new role to ensure we can provide outstanding stewardship, engagement and support to our existing partners while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and increase impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team at a pivotal stage of growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in nurturing valued corporate relationships, coordinating partnership activities, delivering meaningful impact reporting and helping partners maximise the value they create for both the hospice and the environment.
Every conversation, report and partnership supported through this role contributes directly to outstanding hospice care across Central and South West London while supporting a more circular and sustainable future.
Through corporate donations, strategic brand collaborations, sustainability initiatives and our pioneering partnerships programme, we're generating vital income to support hospice care while giving products and textiles a second life.
- Managing a portfolio of existing corporate partners, acting as their day-to-day contact and ensuring an excellent partner experience.
- Delivering a high-quality stewardship programme, including regular communication, impact reporting, recognition and engagement activities.
- Coordinating partnership activity including stock donations, collaborations, retail activations, volunteering opportunities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure partnership commitments are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- Producing partnership updates, case studies and impact reports that demonstrate the social, environmental and commercial value of each partnership.
- Identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships through additional support, campaigns, events and collaborative projects.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, partnership plans and reporting to support effective relationship management.
- Supporting the Corporate Partnerships Manager with new partnership opportunities, events and wider team projects where required.
- Knowledge: An understanding of partnership management, customer service, fundraising or account management. An understanding of sustainability, circular economy principles or corporate social responsibility would be an advantage.
- Experience: Experience in partnership support, account management, fundraising, customer service or stakeholder engagement. Experience within the charity would be desirable.
- Skills:
- A proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation and time management.
- Attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
- Ability to analyse information and produce clear reports.

- Length of service for those joining directly from another CQC regulated organisation (NHS, social care, hospice) is recognised in annual leave, maternity, paternity and long-term sickness pay
