We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of beauty treatments including eyebrow threading, eyebrow waxing, full body wax and tinting
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored beauty solutions.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilise social media platforms to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in makeup application, eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and barbering is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- A valid qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry are essential.
