Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Building Compliance Officer to join our Health and Safety team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is managing data for key health and safety compliance areas (including gas, lifts, electrical, fire, asbestos, water, damp and mould) to ensure Raven complies with its statutory responsibilities and keeps our residents safe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Produce accurate reports as required, including monthly KPI data, and tenant satisfaction measures.
- Maintaining Accurate and Up-to-Date Compliance Record ensuring all compliance related programmes are current and compliant.
- Carry out analysis of data to assist in budget setting, programme setting and planning.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word) including proficiency to quickly learn new specialist IT systems
- Evidence of excellent attention to detail including data processing and reporting.
- Confidence to analyse, make decisions and clear recommendations from data.
