Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Skin Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver expert skincare treatments in our medical aesthetics clinic , provide personalised consultations, and ensure our clients leave feeling confident and radiant. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, Skin Pen, Chemical peels, laser hair removal & and other therapeutic procedures tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to clients’ concerns and offering professional advice on skincare routines , skin analysis and product selections
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on skincare best practices, product usage, and ongoing maintenance to promote long-term results
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout treatments to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and progress notes for future reference
- Support marketing initiatives where appropriate, including educational content and social media participation.
- Social media marketing plays a key role in our growth strategy, so applicants should feel confident and comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences across digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in skincare therapy or related beauty treatments is required such as an SVQ level 3 / HNC qualification in beauty therapy.
- Advanced level training will be provided for the right candidate In other treatments.
- Must have minimum 2 years experience in working with skin (essential).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence in managing client appointments
- Confidently recommend and develop individualised homecare plans
The Role at a Glance
Working Hours
Approximately 16 hours per week, with some flexibility available for the right person.
Working DaysThe role will primarily cover Thursday, Friday and Saturday, including one late evening on either Thursday or Friday.
Pay & benefits
Competitive hourly rate of £14–£17 per hour, based on skills and experience, with the opportunity to earn additional income through our monthly commission and bonus structure.
