We are seeking a compassionate, positive energetic and dedicated Complex care support worker to join our team for night shifts . In this role, you will provide essential support to , ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being of a young,adventurous young man,who loves travelling,exploring different,exciting activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on his life.Ideal candidates should have had experience ,skills and knowledge of the below.

Must have
- experience with complex care 3 years
- full Uk driving license
Duties
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and dignity.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
- Implement and follow care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Communicate effectively with the person in our care, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the person`s condition.
- Engage in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for all by adhering to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a person centred care setting is preferred.
- Strong IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to drive is advantageous .
- Understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
- A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality person centred care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
