So... what will your day look like?
You'll become the main point of contact for the properties you successfully let, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the entire tenancy journey.
From day one, you'll be involved in:
- Conducting property viewings.
- Managing tenant applications and presenting suitable applicants to landlords.
- Overseeing tenant referencing and tenancy progression through to move-in day.
- Preparing tenancy paperwork and coordinating successful move-ins.
- Carrying out regular routine property inspections.
- Managing maintenance issues and coordinating contractors.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout each tenancy.
- Building strong, long-term relationships through regular communication.
- Resolving day-to-day property queries quickly and professionally.
- Delivering the exceptional client experience Bridges Properties is known for.

Previous lettings or property management experience is beneficial, but it isn't the most important thing. What matters most is your attitude.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
