*Job Overview* We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. *Responsibilities* - Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects - Conduct risk analysis evaluations - Manage project finances and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle - Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to discuss project specifications - Monitor changes to design specifications and assess any effects on project costs - Prepare tender documents, contracts, and variations *Requirements* - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials - Excellent numerical and analytical skills - Proficiency in cost control techniques - Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field is desirable
