Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented mechanical engineer/fitter to join our busy used textile machinery business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare used machinery for delivery including repair and replacement of parts as required.
- Prepare machines for painting
- Dismantling and re-assembly of machines both at home and abroad
- Assist with loading machinery into shipping containers and onto trailers
- Be flexible and take up other tasks as required
- UK Driving License is essential
- Fork truck license would be an advantage
- Basic Hours Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm - 40 hours week
- Overtime and Saturday morning expected when deemed necessary
- Salary negotiable depending on experience
Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
