Location: Head office (Fivefields, 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens, London) and some travel to our key reserves typically 1-2 days per week, the remaining from home.
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm. We welcome flexible working requests from day one.
Role & Responsibilities
We're looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow and strengthen our corporate fundraising programme, securing support that helps create a London alive with wildlife.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop high-value partnerships with leading organisations, manage and grow existing relationships, and create engaging opportunities for businesses to connect their employees with nature through volunteering, fundraising and impactful environmental projects.
Working closely with colleagues across the Trust, you'll lead on securing new corporate supporters, delivering exceptional stewardship, and building long-term partnerships that generate sustainable income and meaningful impact for wildlife and people.
You'll be involved in:

Securing and managing high-value corporate partnerships, including multi-year strategic relationships.

Developing compelling proposals, presentations and impact reports that inspire organisations to support our work.

Growing and stewarding an active pipeline of corporate prospects through networking, relationship building and effective CRM management.

Delivering outstanding account management, ensuring partners feel valued, engaged and connected to their impact.

Leading our corporate volunteering programme, creating memorable employee engagement opportunities that deepen support for nature.

Working collaboratively with fundraising, communications, finance and project teams to maximise partnership opportunities.

Managing partnership income, budgets and performance targets while ensuring excellent data management and compliance.

Supporting the development of our wider philanthropy and high-value fundraising programmes.

Managing and developing the Corporate Volunteering Officer, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

An experienced corporate fundraiser, business development professional, or partnership manager with a proven track record of securing and growing income.

A confident relationship builder who enjoys networking and developing long-term partnerships.

An excellent communicator with strong proposal-writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experienced in delivering excellent donor stewardship and supporter engagement.

Passionate about helping organisations make a positive impact for people and nature.
