Set amongst 355 acres of rolling Worcestershire countryside, The Vale Golf & Country Club are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our friendly team.

Own transport is a must due to our rural location.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and menu items to the highest of standards.
- Follow guidance from the executive and sous chef in all aspects of the role.
- Prepare dishes with attention to quality and speed to ensure minimal waiting times.
- Uphold food hygiene and other regulatory regulations including safety protocols with diligence.
- Assist in maintaining a positive work environment, with an ethos on teamwork co-operation and support.
- Be able to resolve challenges promptly and efficiently.
- Have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and develop into the next stage of your career.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role, minimum of 2 years required.
- Proven experience in a culinary role, demonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team environment.
- Reliability, integrity, and a keen eye for detail are essential qualities.
- Have a passion for food and be dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
- Comfortable in making suggestions and offering new ideas to the menu and team.
- Own transport required due to rural location.
