Previous experience in a Conveyancing department is essential with at least 1+ years experience
Provide dedicated administrative and case-progression support to a fee earner helping to manage a caseload of freehold, leasehold, sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Opening and setting up new files, including carrying out ID and AML checks and issuing client care documentation.
- Preparing and issuing standard correspondence, contracts, and forms using the firm's case management system.
- Handling incoming calls and emails, providing clients with regular, clear updates on the progress of their matter.
- Process exchange and completion paperwork, including SDLT/LTT returns and Land Registry applications.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE minimum 1+ years of experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a Conveyancing department.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused manner.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office: experience with case management systems
- Strong knowledge of the Conveyancing process
Pay: £25,420.00-£35,025.96 per year
