Job Description
- The Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business and overseeing its overall performance, while ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and all other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Key responsibilities include supervising and supporting staff, responding to customer enquiries and resolving complaints, managing stock levels and maintaining effective FIFO stock rotation procedures, and coordinating customer orders to ensure timely and efficient service.
- The Manager is also responsible for monitoring and controlling operational costs, maintaining food quality and service standards, and ensuring consistent business operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
