We have a huge pipeline of social housing voids (vacant property works).
We require operatives to be able to undertake the following:
- kitchen fitting and tiling
- dry lining repairs
- fire door installs and associated lock, handle and hinge works
- laminate & vinyl floor fitting
- installation and plumbing in of kitchen pipework
- installation of bathroom suites and plumbing in of associated pipework
- painting and decorating and associated works (gloss and emulsion)
- cleaning of areas on job completion for handover.
This would be a labour only arrangement and we will ensure all materials are on site prior to your arrival.
Works can be carried out 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Priced work can also be discussed and this would be calculated on NATFED rates, but once works are available to you we require a quick turn around for completion.
