Whizz at affiliate marketing? Looking for your next challenge with a fast-paced, ambitious and, in our opinion, BEST team in the North East? We want to hear from you!
About Us:
Redu is a leading digital marketing agency and social publisher, working with some of the UK’s biggest retail brands to drive awareness, traffic and sales through our highly engaged audiences.
We own and operate 10 social and digital brands, reaching a combined UK audience of more than 4 million people, with Ashleigh Money Saver at the heart of our portfolio.
We’re also a merchant in our own right through Great Days Out, our growing platform offering customers discounted tickets to attractions and experiences across the UK.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic, organised and commercially minded Affiliate Account Manager to join our team.
The Role:
As an Affiliate Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management and delivery of our affiliate partnerships and campaigns.
Working closely with our Partnership Managers, Social and Content teams, you’ll help bring campaigns to life, manage client relationships, monitor performance and identify opportunities to drive even stronger results.
You’ll be highly organised, comfortable working across multiple campaigns and clients at once, and confident using data to make recommendations and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of affiliate campaigns across our portfolio of brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, affiliate networks and key partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with Partnership Managers to set up campaigns and ensure briefs are communicated effectively to our Social and Content teams.
- Manage and maintain campaign and social calendars, proactively identifying opportunities and making changes where required.
- Coordinate client content approvals, liaising with internal teams to ensure previews and assets are delivered on time.
- Manage weekly client reporting, highlighting performance, key insights and opportunities for optimisation.
- Monitor affiliate performance and use campaign data to identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversions and revenue.
- Coordinate with affiliate networks and platforms to set up tracking, monitor activity and troubleshoot any issues.
- Develop strategies to increase affiliate engagement and drive revenue growth for our clients.
- Identify opportunities for additional collaboration and growth with existing brand partners.
- Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activity and industry best practice.
- Conduct research to identify new affiliate partners, brands and commercial opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience working within affiliate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing landscape and how affiliate campaigns and tracking operate.
- Experience using key affiliate platforms, particularly Awin, Partnerize, Webgains and Impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build strong client relationships.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence in analysing campaign performance and turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- Opportunities for career progression and development as the business continues to grow.
- A fun, fast-paced and collaborative working environment.
- Supportive and ambitious team culture.
- Hybrid working model (One day minimum per week in-office).
- Casual dress.
