Here at No. 124 Brighton by GuestHouse, we’re a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a Welcome Team Member who can greet guests with warmth, wit, and just the right touch of Brighton flair.
Please note, this is a full time role (40 hours) working 5 days out of 7 (shift work)
What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming weekenders, festival-goers, and seaside dreamers with effortless charm.

Checking in/out guests smoothly - no stress, just good vibes.

Sharing local tips, from the quirkiest Lanes boutiques to the best spot for sunset over the sea.

Keeping our lobby buzzing with the same energy and colour that makes Brighton unforgettable.
What we’re looking for:

A natural people-person who knows how to make everyone feel at home.

Calm and organised, even when check-in feels busier than the beach on a sunny bank holiday.

Someone who loves conversation, whether it’s about vintage shops, live music, or where to find the best chips on the beach.

Hospitality experience is handy, but a sparkling personality is essential.
