Sales & Customer Service Representative – Cardiff
We’re looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join our growing Cardiff team.
This is a self-employed, field-based role where you’ll represent client campaigns through face-to-face, door-to-door customer interactions in residential areas.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in residential neighbourhoods through door-to-door interactions.
- Represent client campaigns professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
- Attend the Cardiff office each day before travelling to your assigned residential area.

Working Pattern & Earnings
- Self-employed position.
- Uncapped, performance-based commission with weekly pay.
- Minimum of 4 full working days per week (Monday–Saturday availability).
- Cardiff-based with daily office attendance before fieldwork.
