Production Operative
Rochester / Strood
Salary: £29,686 + £1,500 annual shift allowance
Hours:
- 6:00–14:30 or 10:30–19:00 rotating shift pattern

The role
You’ll join our Production team, helping to blend, move, and prepare liquid products safely and accurately. This is an active, practical role in a fast‑paced warehouse and production environment, with training provided.
Key duties include:
- Blending and handling alcoholic liquids according to instructions
- Operating small‑scale machinery
- Labelling, wrapping, and storing goods
- Using a forklift to move stock
- Keeping the warehouse/Production areas clean and organised
- Supporting quality and food‑safety standards
About you
- Enjoy practical, physical work
- Reliable, motivated, and keen to learn
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to follow written instructions
✅ Essential: Forklift Truck Licence
Experience in food manufacturing is helpful but not essential.
