We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Technician / Nail Technician to join our beauty team. Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art
- Eyelash Extensions Inc Classic, Hybrid and Volume
- Lash Lift
- Offer additional beauty services like hair extensions, hair threading, and hair styling as needed
- Educate clients on aftercare routines for eyelash extensions and nail treatments
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Upsell retail products related to skincare, nail care, and eyelash maintenance to enhance client experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable services or products
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences
Experience
- Proven experience as an eyelash technician or nail technician preferred; relevant certifications in cosmetology or esthetician training required
- Knowledge of color theory for custom lash and nail design
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and retail math to promote product sales effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Experience with body waxing, hair extensions, hair styling, barbering, or dermabrasion is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments and hair threading is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to maintain sanitation standards in a professional setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
