We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to established cleaning protocols.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and toiletries.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service to guests.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping within a hotel environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
