Join Our Team as an Agency Domiciliary Care Worker!
Guardians Recruitment is recruiting agency domiciliary care workers to pick up shifts as and when needed for our clients across multiple locations.
This role is ideal if you want flexible work that fits around other commitments, with the option to take shifts that suit your availability. This role involves providing compassionate care and supporting vulnerable and complex adults in and out of their home on an adhoc basis.
What We Offer:
- Pay: £13.50 per hour
- Contract: 0 hour/agency work
- Shifts: Monday - Sundays Am and PM shifts available
- Local Work: Swindon and surrounding areas
You’ll be supporting people to live safely and independently at home. Duties may include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Medication support (where trained/authorised)
- Meal preparation and hydration support
- Light domestic tasks and companionship
- Moving & handling (where required)
- Accurate daily notes and reporting concerns promptly
What You Need:
- Driving Licence and Own Vehicle: Essential for this role
- Experience: Previous experience in live-in or domiciliary care (Essential)
- Enhanced DBS: Must have a valid DBS
- Essential Training: Up-to-date mandatory training.
- Compassionate Nature: A genuine desire to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
