Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: £100–£120 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £500–£600 weekly
Job Description:
We are working with a friendly Primary School in CV5 Coventry who are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September 2026. The school has a welcoming atmosphere and places a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
You will support classes across the school, deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher release time and provide targeted interventions to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Key Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
- Experience supporting learning across the primary age range
- Strong classroom management skills
- Two recent and relevant references
- Right to work in the UK
