What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's learning and development
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and carers
- Monitoring children's progress and maintaining accurate learning records
- Promoting children's wellbeing, independence and confidence
- Supporting safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
- Working collaboratively with an experienced and friendly nursery team
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Sound understanding of the EYFS Framework
- A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach
- Commitment to providing outstanding childcare and education
