Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Male Support Worker to join our team in Milton Keynes providing essential assistance and guidance to individuals in our community. Previous experience in mentoring, teaching, or working with children is highly desirable. You'll be supporting people with:
- Learning disabilities and physical disabilities
- Mental health conditions
- Autism spectrum disorders
Your role will involve:
- Providing compassionate personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with daily living skills, household tasks, and medication management
- Facilitating social engagement and community integration
- Helping service users develop coping mechanisms and build resilience
- Encouraging independence and self-determination
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
- Following organizational policies to ensure safeguarding and empowerment

- Knowledge of mental health, learning disabilities, or autism
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate, etc.)
- Drivers Licence is a must
