Premium Care Solutions is looking for a sociable and reliable Female Support Worker to provide 1:1 complex care for a gentleman in Batley living with a Spinal Cord Injury and Brain Injury. If you are a non-smoker with a manual driving licence and a great sense of humour, we want to hear from you!
Transparent & Competitive Pay
We offer some of the best rates in the area, with clear enhancements for nights and weekends:
- Weekdays (Mon-Fri): £14.00 per hour
- Weekend Days (Sat-Sun): £15.50 per hour
- Waking Nights (Mon-Fri): £15.00 per hour
- Waking Nights (Sat-Sun): £16.50 per hour
- Sleeping Nights: Ten pounds per hour
- Bonus: 3 hours of every sleeping night are paid at the higher Waking Night rate!
- Training Rate: £12.71 per hour

Your Role & Shifts
You will provide high-quality, person-centered care, including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties. You will be a vital part of the client's daily life, helping him maintain independence.
Available Shifts:
- Long Days: 7am – 11pm
- Sleeping Nights: 11pm – 7am
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Exempt under the Equality Act 2010).
- Driving: Must hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
- Lifestyle: Must be a non-smoker.
- Qualities: You should be sociable, reliable, and have a positive outlook.
- DBS: Registration on the DBS Update Service is highly desirable.
