We are seeking a polished, personable, and service-driven Spa Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Medispa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about luxury hospitality, wellness, and delivering an exceptional five-star client experience.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an essential role in creating a warm, professional, and elevated guest journey from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception while supporting the overall client experience and helping drive treatment and retail sales.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment and enjoys building meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding five-star client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the KXU Medispa standard
- Manage appointments, enquiries, and bookings using MindBody with efficiency and attention to detail
- Welcome clients warmly and maintain a calm, professional, and luxurious front-of-house atmosphere
- Support the operation of wellness services, including cryotherapy and infrared treatments
- Promote treatments, memberships, and retail products while confidently contributing to sales targets
- Maintain immaculate standards across reception, waiting, and relaxation areas
- Handle daily administration, including phone and email enquiries, data entry, and client communications
- Work collaboratively with therapists, practitioners, and management to ensure a seamless client journey
- Assist with additional duties to support the successful operation of the Medispa
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally client-focused, highly organised, and passionate about health, beauty, and wellness.
You will ideally have:
- A minimum of 1 year’s reception or front-of-house experience, ideally within a luxury spa, medispa, wellness, hospitality, or premium customer service environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Experience using CRM systems (MindBody experience desirable)
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- A professional appearance and genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care
Working Hours
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- Morning, daytime, and evening shifts available
- Typical shifts range from 6–10 hours
