E Park and Sons Limited are a leading packer and wholesaler of fresh potatoes to many blue chip retail customers and food processors.
An opportunity has arisen for outstanding individuals to join our team based at our state-of-the-art factory in Epworth, Doncaster DN9
Working 4 on 4 off shift pattern 6am to 6pm
Join our production team as Line Leader and become a vital part of our packing operation.
In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of people management, safety, quality and daily production activities. Your attention to detail and physical stamina will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the packing lines, ensuring all processes run efficiently and safely
- Lead team members by providing clear instructions and support to meet production goals and quality standards on time.
- Monitor food safety practices throughout the production process, identifying and addressing potential hazards promptly
- Ensure proper packaging of finished products according to specifications and quality requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of production records.
- Operate mechanical equipment and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Promote a culture of food safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement within the team
