Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
- Supervise and motivate staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards and health regulations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene protocols across all departments
- Organise staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimise productivity
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients and supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant premises in accordance with health & safety regulations
- Assist in training new staff members in service standards, food safety, and operational procedures
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong team management abilities with excellent leadership qualities
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food production processes
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food safety standards and culinary practices
- Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and customers
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to the hospitality industry

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
