Transport Team Leader - Cramlington
Key Responsibilities

Leading a team to successfully deliver your KPI’s and drive business performance.

Promote Delifresh Values in you’re and your teams’ behaviours

You will coach, develop and lead your team and establish a continuous improvement culture.

Working alongside the leadership teams to ensure a smooth and slick operation across the site.

Take ownership of your decisions and team culture

Ensure compliance with all business systems including, tachomaster, kronos, Samsara & Issac.

Work with the transport supervisor on any vehicle issues
-
Participate in route scheduling and telematics analysis
-
Participate in people processes such as investigation, WBTW’s & training
About You
As well as tons of resilience you must have:
-
Experience of a Warehouse, Logistics or Transport Management or equivalent
-
The ability to coach and encourage your team and help them explore opportunities to continuously improve how they do their job
-
The ability to problem solve, and implement process changes in order to improve operational performance.
-
Strong leadership and coaching skills in order to engage motivate and develop teams with varying skill sets.

Be flexible and hardworking
-
A positive communicator
-
CPC qualification or working towards
Working hours - 45 hours per week, (usually 4am to 1pm)
