WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR EXPERIENCED COOK / CHEF
Help Shape an Exciting New Food Offering
We're looking for an experienced cook or chef to help design, develop and deliver a high-quality food offering for our guests.
Our menu will focus on traditional British pub classics, prepared with care using quality ingredients and, wherever possible, locally sourced produce from Dorset suppliers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, contributing ideas and helping build a food reputation from the ground up..
We're looking for someone with creativity, pride in their work and a genuine passion for producing consistently excellent food.
KEY DETAILS
- Part-time position
- Approximately 25–35 hours per week
- Typical working pattern:
- Wednesday evenings
- Thursday evenings
- Friday lunch and evening
- Saturday lunch and evening
- Additional shifts may become available as the business grows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in a pub, restaurant or professional kitchen
- Passion for producing quality, freshly prepared food
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service
- High standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and presentation
- Strong organisational skills
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for developing new dishes and seasonal specials
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small, friendly team
PAY
£15.50–£17.00 per hour

KITCHEN SUPPORT STAFF

We are also looking for dependable and enthusiastic team members to support our growing food operation.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a busy pub kitchen while working alongside experienced colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basic food preparation
- Assisting with plating and food service
- Washing up and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Stock rotation and organisation
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service

- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
