Driver Hire Kingston is currently recruiting Passenger Assistants (PAs) to work with a well-known children’s charity, helping SEN schoolchildren travel safely to and from school in the Kingston and Richmond area.
This role is based in New Malden, with other locations in West London available.
Hours, Pay & Perks:
Monday to Friday – Term Time Only
Split Shifts between hours:
£14.25/hour PAYE Advanced
Guaranteed 4 hours of pay per day
Weekly pay
Ongoing work with potential to become permanent
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting SEN children on and off the minibus safely
Ensuring seatbelts and wheelchair restraints are secure at all times
Providing a friendly, reassuring presence during each journey
Supporting the driver to ensure children’s safety and comfort throughout the trip
Communicating with parents, carers, and school staff when needed

Reliability and professionalism, especially during school runs
Experience in a care, school, or support environment is desirable but not essential
