Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and manage team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.
- Assist in food production and preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to customers.
- Train new staff members on operational procedures, food preparation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to provide excellent service at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years experience in a supervisory or management role in Indian/ South Indian restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of Indian food production processes and food safety standards is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. (Additional Indian Language is benefecial)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
